Buyer beware for any couches that are fabric. Purchased one and within 6 months (very limited wear, it was all piling. I even purchased Extended warranty which apparently covers wine spills according to the sales rep. When i called, they came and said it was not covered and to check my warranty coverage. I have had other couches for over 10 years that never looked as bad. Based on my experiences with customer care, i will not shop there anymore.

***Buyer Beware*** Don't purchase the "extended warranty!" When I purchased my furniture, I was sold on this extended warranty for 5 years. Usually I don't buy extended warranties but because of the money I was spending I thought better be safe then sorry. On the weekend, one of my cats was locked from basement and couldn't access their litter box. So they went on a couch and a chair. I went to the store to use my "extended warranty" the staff informed me that it was no problem! you paid for it and they will come out and clean your couch and chair at no cost and that if the stain remains or smell they will come back and replace the furniture! WOW! They gave me the phone number to call and to put through the claim. The woman at the call centre informed that once the dry cleaner comes out to clean the furniture, the work order would be closed and my warranty would be complete. If anything happens to my furniture in the future that it would be at my expense as the warranty would no longer be valid. If I knew this, I wouldn't have paid for the warranty considering what it cost! I would still shop at Ashley Home Furniture, but if your considering the warranty it would be worth it to save the money and spend it if something happens to the furniture down the road. I was sold on full coverage for 5 years on anything that happens during that time to the furniture, not a 1 time thing.

Kathie and Ohan were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We choose the best options for our home with their help and assistance. The entire process was tremendously painless and efficient. Can't wait to see our furniture in our new home. We'll continue to buy other things from here and recommend this location to our friends and family in the future. I'm so happy to call my house a home. Thank you so much for making this experience and memorable one.

After a horrible experience with the brick, I found myself at Ashley Home in Whitby. I am over the moon pleased with staff. Jordan and Amanda were awesome and fun. So happy to leave my money in a store that shows an interest in customer service. We will be returning soon for future purchases. Oh, my new bedroom suite is Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks guys, well done😀

Probably one of the most unprofessional atmospheres I have ever walked into. After 30 seconds of walking in, the young sales woman who greeted us proceded to tell us how she just got back from vacation and that she was hungover and that she was dreading working her 1-9 shift. When that conversation ended, we continued to browse. When we found what we were looking for, we went to the front to cash out. The same sales lady and the receptionist were having their own personal conversation while cashing us out about hair products and how one of their quote, "a**hole hairstylists" fried their hair recently. No personal conversation should be spoken with a customer there, nevermind using swear words to describe someone. Not to mention, the sales woman was pretty pushy as most are, and no other employees in the store even said hello to us. It's very aware that they work on a rotation system of who gets the next sale. I will not return.
