The Brick Outlet

This outlet has the worst customer service ever. We bought a couch, which has a 90 day return policy. It was purchased specifically new due to an upcoming wedding and family coming in from out of town. After less then a week after purchase a defect was noticed and the arm will not stay on the couch. This store refuses to fix or exchange the couch because there is apparently no management to make the call. The owners are currently in china and no one is allowed to help. This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Weeks have gone by and no help. How on earth does a business run without someone making decisions. Never make a purchase from here unless you want to be treated like an idiot and waste your money.

Would rate 0 star if I could. This place is absolute rubbish for sale person, managers and even down to delivery. We bought a bed set from here and set a delivery date. Someone from United called us back a few weeks after saying that the mattress was a clearance item and we MUST pay the full cost before the item delivery date...which wasn't told to us and also the mattress was not listed as clearance when we saw it and the item should be reserved for us since we paid a down payment/hold right? Anyways, we let that go. On the delivery date, they delivered the wrong mattress and also the delivery guys did not setup the bed properly (Bed was missing base boards and legs). I contacted United and they told me that the mattress was discontinued so they gave us a better one? really? The one they gave us was so bad we couldn't sleep on it! Also, it was not what we paid for! I went into United over 5 times to sort out the matter and then had to go in another time to get the base boards and legs. When I ask the manager what he can do for me to have the issue fix, he said he will give me back $60. I am sure if they send back their delivery guys to pick up the mattress, bring the base boards and legs, it will cost more than $60. I was getting so frustrated that I asked them to pickup everything and do a return, to which the answer was "No you can't do that. We don't take items back. It's against company policy".

Terrible customer service. We went there looking for a mattress and the sales person was pushy, rushing us to buy so she could make a sale and get commission. When we decided not to buy she literally ignored us. I don't recommend this place, save your money and go elsewhere , these people don't know how to treat people and dont know the definition of customer service. I'm speechless!!!
