Milestones Grill and Bar

Went for a burger. I find the front entrance of this location to be tight and at most times crowded. We were placed near the front entrance and ensured it would be warm and not at all drafty. WRONG. If we were getting cold from the continuous open door, you can imagine how our food felt. The staff is quick and courteous. The ambiance is chill and inviting. The California burger was excellent and the fries (although on the salty side) were Yum!

First time eating here but have been to Milestones before, so in that respect it's a decent place but nothing spectacular. A good and varied menu. Had their take on chicken parm, it was decent but sounded better in the menu. What was most impressive was the service. My son ordered a 12oz sirloin, and he ate it without complaint. Later on, after our meal, the manager came up to apologize and say they just realized his steak was sent out the wrong size, and discounted the meal and offered some drinks to compensate. We hadn't complained and wouldn't really have known if he didn't mention it. To me, that demonstrates true integrity, doing the right thing even when no one is watching. So for me, 6 stars for the service.

Great food. Great service. But for the price they charged they could afford decent attire for their female staff instead of skimpy outfeat. Food and service sells!

Over priced, weird tasting food. With the amount you are paying, you would think it would taste marginally okay, but I cannot fathom the choices of who created these recipes. The most I can say is that the serve is good and I was able to consume the food.

Very friendly and caring staff. I'm rating 4 stars as my wife's steak was not good twice. Supplier issue.
