A nice casual hangout spot with friends or dates. Their drink selection is huge and they also have desserts, snacks and entrees. I got their bbq pork and condensed milk toast with honeydew milk tea and Oreo milk tea. Food was great and the atmosphere is nice inside.
This is a cute little spot. Love the cafe vibe they have inside. They direct you to a table and you scan QR code. Send your order in and pay later. It’s a nice mix of tech and personal service. Will definitely be back.
Went here for the first time a few weeks ago for takeout and really enjoyed the food. The Salt and Pepper Chicken is quite authentic and is similar to what I have had in Ximending or at night markets in Taipei. The second item I ordered was the Sausage & Minced Pork w/ Egg on Rice which was absolutely phenomenal. Great overall flavour, qq and umami. Will definitely be back as it is the best overall Taiwanese food in the area.
I went to this place once back in high school but i didn't stay that long. I was able to go with my boyfriend and our friends to play games there after spending dinner together. We all got drinks, i ordered a strawberry slush with tapioca and lychee jelly, no sugar. It was so good! The tapioca surprised me - it's so soft and well made. We all enjoyed our night. The place is really cozy and nice. I can't wait to go back there again! I recommend to check this place out and hang with friends! If you order by online takeout, you get 20% off and earn rewards!
staffs friendly, nice dine in decoration, however a bit pricy and the cheese form is too much, can't drink tea in the beginning, only can drink cheese form. Also curry chicken rice, most chicken is bone, very less meat.
solid spot for hanging out w the guys. remember coming here after giving buckets at huron back in the day. the taro milk tea 60 ice 80 sugar always greened. got the taro milk hot froth today, was very good came with a cute spoon as you can see in the photograph cheers !!
It was really great! My husband and I met up with our friends here and ordered a fair amount of food. My husband had a Hokkaido Roasted Milk Tea with mixed tapioca and I had the Espresso Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Soy Milk and small tapioca - they were both great! However I think the espresso in my drink tasted a lot like Nescafé. I don’t think I’d order it again but it also wasn’t bad. We also had Salt & Pepper Chicken, Japanese Pancake, and Taiwanese Minced Pork and Egg bowl on rice for dinner and the Condensed Milk Brick Toast for dessert. It was delicious! We could have done without the Japanese Pancake though. Otherwise everything was great! It’s very clean and the service is super sweet. Overall a good experience.
This place is usually wonderful. My husband and I have been going there for the past 7 years and more, and the service is always top-notch, the food is delicious and the drinks are great. Tonight was probably an exception but I had to write a review so that changes can be made and so that other customers don't receive the same service. It was a busy night so we waited a long time before we got to the front of the line to make our take-out order. We waited about 20 minutes at least. When I finally get to the front, the girl tells me to wait. So I waited, and she did other things in the kitchen, and then she comes back and tells me to wait again. By now, it's been almost half an hour of waiting since we started lining up. Then she comes back and says okay. Right before I start ordering, she tells me to wait again and she starts cleaning up tables. I was very frustrated because I had already been waiting for almost 40 minutes at this point, and I knew that after I give my order that it would take time for my food to be made anyway, so why is she cleaning up tables when that isn't the priority? So she finally comes back and says, "Can you wait and let the people behind you go first because they already ate and they just need to pay." So that was the last straw. We left because at that point, we had been waiting for almost an hour and she clearly does not know how to prioritize. I still love this store and I'll still come back because maybe that girl was a new employee and needs more training. But I had to write something before other customers get treated the same way.
Food is good but be aware of a possible price SCAM. I ordered a take out for a formosa and toast which listed as $8.99 and $5.49 on the menu displayed right in front of the counter. Eventually I got charged $10.99 and $6.99 for these two items and the explanation I got is the price on the menu is wrong and I need to use their online menu to get the correct price??? Won’t visit this place again. Update response to the owner: Most of the time I trust the store and make the payment. I figured out the price differences after I got the printed invoice by comparing it with the menu. You can’t assume everyone to know exactly what they will pay especially the final price includes taxes. Also there’s no sign of warnings in the store nor on the menu saying the prices on the menu are incorrect.
Great interior design of the space and drinks. The server/cashier was super nice and informative.
