Top Shelf Closets & Glass

I used Top Shelf about 5 years ago and was so happy!! I just used them again recently for a closet in a master and THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Make promises they can't keep, I heard ALL SUMMER about the move they made and how it put them behind schedule, the designer was rude and complained about coming to my house on a Friday when she wanted to be at the shore with her husband, my install was not only delayed, but all of the product wasn't ready. Just a MESS!! I've asked to speak to the owner, who has yet to call me. I am so disappointed. After my experience several years ago, I referred them to so many people. I was happy to support a local company, but no more. I have to find a new local company. I will never work with Top Shelf again. They cannot recover from the mess this summer, it seems as if their manufacturing plant move has destroyed their business. Too bad!!

i hired top shelf closets 8 years ago to put closets in my house.it was not a small job as there were over 14 closets 2 of which were basically converted bedrooms. i can tell you i spent about 20K. After living in the home, we wanted to make one simple change. Add shoe racks. i sent carol their original drawings, one that had handwritten changes that they did on it, told her the color of the closet, and sent 2 photos. Her response was that isnt a simple job, that we would have to rip out the entire closet to add shoe racks! Is she kidding??? How about you service your existing customers. i guess i confused her by sending her everything on a silver platter. A word to someone looking for closets, find a company willing to service the closets they put in.

My closet look amazing! I have a small house so they designed and installed a built-in in my bedroom that looks like furniture! It's perfect for the space. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The mudroom is next and I can't wait.
