CIBC Branch & ATM

Having been told to wait twenty minutes to open account to simply have another customer come in and ask about getting a mortgage skipping me in line was insulting. It shows the interest of this location is purely customers who are more profitable. If you want to open a new bank account I highly suggest you skip this location and head over to the local TD Canada or RBC. If you feel like going with CIBC I suggest you go to the branch on Woodbine and Major Mackenzie. They're hopefully much more respectful to their potential customers there.

Have been at this branch for 10+ years. The tellers are second to none! Management comes and goes (too often in my opinion) but I guess that's a big bank for you. Disappointed to hear that the tellers are being phased out and they are going to more sophisticated bank machines. Hate losing that personal touch. Expecting to find another solution soon. Shame to see such good people be replaced.

The machine works great here. You press a $20, you get a $20 bill.

By far the worst bank. Came in at 1:00 pm and there were no bank tellers available and all customers were re directed to ATM machines. Thank God I switched to TD last month. Going to eventually transfer my main accounts. What a joke

Don't get scam by one of the financial advisor from Fujian. This representation activated the PROTECTION INSURANCE before asking me to sign the contract when I was opening an new credit card with her. When she asked me if I want the protection plan I said no, she told me it's already activated, she told me to DO HER A FAVOUR to sign the contract and go back home to call CIBC in order to cancel the plan while keeping the credit card.
