TD Canada Trust

I really don't expect much from a bank, but if the guy doesn't know how to print off your account balances and has to try 3 times, it says a lot about how much training he has received. It's a Canadian bank, and it's TD. So it's meh... at the best.

This branch is by far the worst branch, I only go here because it’s super close. But usually go to others to avoid headache

DONOT GET MORTGAGE FROM TD. THEIR MORTGAGE PRIME IS HIGHER THAN ANY OTHER BANKS!! When every other bank prime was 2.7%, their prime was 2.85% When Other bank prime was 2.95%, TD Mortgage prime was 3.10%. They are essentially screwing ALL variable mortgage customers, and possibly all other customers that have bought fixed mortgages under Interest Rate Differential payout penalty. Stay far way from TD. Go to any mortgage broker for a better deal than this plance.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating. However, there are never enough tellers during the busy hours.

Horrible service by Riddhi. She could not understand what is meant by Interac Online which some merchants require for making bill payments. She was also totally opposing to review credit card offers even though I was willing to put a security against the credit limit. Since I am a returning resident, I was informed by her own colleagues at TD that I could set up a security deposit towards the credit limit which I was asking for. 1000 CAD was the asking limit. Talk about profiling towards her so called own ppl. Absolute lack of professionalism displayed!!!
