RBC Royal Bank

I have received excellent service at this Branch. I find the staff friendly and courteous. Yes,there are days when you have to wait but I have never had to wait too long. I prefer personal service over automation and I am very happy with the service I get at this Branch.

Great staff but need more tellers, this branch is getting busier all the time, come on royal step up to the plate or i will take my business elsewhere.

stop asking people how you feel when there is a lineup, just open another teller

I know waiting in a line is part of the live banking experience, but when your in a line 10 deep and an employee comes up asking what you need... I felt like saying, I need you to go open up another clerk station and get this line moving.

Been there twice in last 2 weeks slow as molasses and seem if you have more than one transaxton to do they can't remember more than one and you have to explain it to them over and over.also if the line up is long not a good time to chat with pepole while others have stuff to do waiting in line ,not a social mixer establishment as far as I know.
