o'clock closing time is too early, on Fridays. Why not 7 o'clock like Thursdays ? I hate having to go on Saturdays to do my weekly banking... :/

Worst bmo branch ever... the manager is locked inside her office using her cellphone while outside we are waiting to be served.. she walk around doesn't offer to help her coworkers then she goes back to the office.. they should have more people working there if they know that they are the only bmo around the area.. I don't get it why they open this small office and they can't serve quickly the customers... I'm not going back there no more...
