I tried to get an appointment and it took nearly a month to be able to discuss with a financial advisor. After the appointment the advisor asked me for additionnal documents and information which I delivered on the same day via email. I was suppose to get a follow up in 24-48 hours. I called back on the third day, I get the voicemail and left a message, the advisor calls me back the next morning mentionning he never received anything and is asking me to resend the information and to double check the email. Which I did and the email was indeed correct. The advisor finally confirms documents' reception while being on the phone. I even resent a copy of the previous email sent 3 days before to show him that it was indeed sent to the correct address. He mentions that the reason he might have not received the email may be due to a system error/outage on their part He did apologize for the inconvenience, although I personnally think he should have called the next day if he didn't receive the proper documentation, to avoid delays.

Very slow service and spotty financial advice with multiple consultants. I now avoid.

Service à la clientèle complètement exécrable, tu arrives et on te demande de t'asseoir. Tu ne sais jamais dans combien de temps tu vas être servi. Il m'ont fait attendre 10 minutes sans jamais que je saches ce qui se passait et la conseillère en plus avait une attitude. Lorsqu'elle me demande de rentrer, elle fait comme si tout était normal. Par la suite, elle m'explique que la raison du délai était dû au fait qu'elle n'est pas été avisé par la réceptionniste de mon arrivée et/ou parce qu'elle était au téléphone..... Encore Pire comme justification ! Ça lui a tout pris pour qu'elle s'excuse de la situation. Succursale à éviter !
