It's a hassle every time you go in there. Not necessarily the employees fault, but a hassle none the less. I'll be moving all my accounts.

I recently visited TD bank @ Hastings Street to learn about TD's TFSA and line of credit options and came with many questions. Domenico provided excellent service and was extremely helpful taking care to ensure my many questions were answered. I will be considering this bank for my future banking needs.

This bank has horrible service. They do not get back to you and their mortgage specialist just want to get you off the phone. They provide no value or help whatsoever.   If you get the chance go to another branch with competent people that speak english.
