I booked an appointment with a manager and she never showed. I waited 30 minutes with my infant before deciding to leave. No one seemed to be concerned that I was waiting that long with a crying baby. One of the tellers is nice though.

Only 1 teller at 1:00pm on a Friday. Had 2 people infront of me. Had to wait almost 15 minutes just to exchange money. Should have gone somewhere else
