To Christina from Scotia Dealer Advantage. So you are aware, my ex husband and I are about three days away from being officially divorced, I do not live with him anymore, nor do I take responsibility for any of his bills. We are officially legally separated. If you touch my account (which does NOT have his name anywhere near it), I WILL pursue further legal action against you and will be filing papers to have you personally held responsible and taken to small claims court. I know my rights, and you are infringing upon them. I do have a lawyer because of him, so do not test me! You call me one more time looking for him and I will have you charged with harassment. I have already called in to Scotia Dealer Advantage to have my number removed. Once again, I am not the loan holder, my name is not on the loan, I did not co-sign for him and therefore you need to stop harassing me and if you touch a penny out of my account again, I will sue you. I suggest you get yourself in check. I hope by breaking things down that I have gotten my point across.

I don't know what those other people were talking about but my experience just now was quick, efficient & very friendly. Past experience was also very considerate and helpful. No complaints from me! Thank you SDA.

Very unprofessional. The staff is very rude at most times. I've been faithful to Scotia this entire loan, and was previously with TD Auto Finance. And never missed a car payment in my life with either. Earlier this year I was put on short term disability and asked if they could deffer my payment as it was in the contract stating if loss of work, lay off, injury loan to be covered by SDA until solved. Apparently my Disability wasn't up to their par and they deffered my payment for 1 week... 1 week. I recently wrote my car off and the check is literally in the mail, yet they still are taking payments out of my account even though they have the proof of the check. I'm glad I got back with TD Auto. They have class and professionalism. If SDA was my only option for my new Vehicle I wouldn't get a loan.

would give 0 but the system wont let me, going though a though time missed 3 payments so they send a bailiff to come repo the vehicle, after 3 payments and after they told me multiple times they were not going to take the vehicle they were just going to sue me for it. by law a repo can only take place after 3 months of missed payments, it was not even 2 months of missed payments when they repoed it. and they expect me to pay for the repo, good luck with that that aint happining

Took a car loan through Scotia Dealer ($25,000), I pay them on-time and had call them about 10 time over the 5 years contract to make changes and every time I call the Call Center the agents were polite and professionals. Would consider them in the future. Thank you! Be polite to others and others will be polite to you!
