Vancity Credit Union Br. 43 -Brentwood community branch

Worst Vancity in the lower mainland. Constantly under staffed and long lines due to staff working on other things at the counter while there is a 5+ person lineup. I've been in a 5 person line for 30 minutes and counting for the 3rd week in a row

Really well designed office. Modern and welcoming. Staff are nice and willing to help.

My partners and I have recently opened up a business account here. Fairly priced rates, but let me tell you, the service is absolutely disgusting with Vancity. Cheques that came in had the wrong address on them, the credit cards have not yet arrived and it's been over two weeks now, and on top of it all, the So called "account manager" has not returned our calls to even try to correct or help us with our issues. I will never bank with Vancity again, our account will be closed and our business will be taken elsewhere.

Horrible customer service . Don't do business with them if you don't need to...Words can't say how disappointed we were !!!!!
