CIBC Branch with ATM

Was here with my mom and had a cheque to deposit. We had all the information, just not the debit card. They put the money in the wrong part of the business account, and when we asked for them to fix it the manager of the branch responded with attitude asking us where the debit card was. Rather than fixing the issue and apologizing for any inconvenience she was rude and unprofessional. The actual bank teller was not really getting involved. I do no recommend this branch for any substantial business cheque amounts.

Deposited a couple of cheques in this branch a few times, without any issues -- except a long wait, but that can be expected at lunch time. Unfortunately this time I encountered a RUDE teller who doesn't understand the words CUSTOMER SERVICE. At first when she opened her till and I was able to go straight to the front, I thought I was lucky...except I got the customer representative who was having more than just a bad day and didn't want to do her job unless it was easy, and I did all the work for her. I called later and complained about her behaviour. Unbelievable... Some people just shouldn't be on the front line.

Staff here are pretty nice. They're generally helpful. There's a bit of high turn over so some people who are new don't seem to have much knowledge about their products... But they are very friendly people

Nice staff, but they tend to slow down and get swamped. Plan to wait for a little longer than other branches.
