I was very disappointed with the teller and then manager while banking today. I'm tempted to close my business and personal accounts at TD.

Bank machine out of order, $1100 cash deposit shows only 1 penny.  Manager promised to straight out within 48 hours.  Went back after 48 hours, no answer, still 1 c.   Still waiting for update after bank visit & left multiple messages.  Report to police?

Went to the bank for deposit a cheque but the customer service representative had very bad manner and attitude. She refused to help and ask me to deposit by the TD apps instead. I really disappointed to the customer service. WON'T COME BACK AGAIN!!!

Great Bank and Great Staffs. Definitely exceeded my expectations for the past 10 years. Some of the financial advisors are just more than amazing, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I would like to thank and appreciate specially David Cotterall and Jenny So-Yeon Kwon for their exceptional and unbelievable assistance and helps.
