Not even 1 star for a horrible feeling I had today talking to the manager.

Horrible customer service at this location. The Manager (Vikki) was so rude, I heard her ask the next customer "What do you want". I was shocked by this. Candy was also useless. Scotiabank is a third tier bank. Stick with CIBC next door.

Went in and my teller Doris Chen was very curteous and patient will all of my questions and requests. Great experience and happy i chose to bank with scotia.

Created an account there, and within a month discovered that nothing was ok with the account. I asked to raise limits for daily and per operation limits. Discovered that the interac online transfer limit was 0. In shop limit is 1000 although the employee who created the account assured me that she raised it to 3000. Application for credit card was not processed and not rejected, just in limbo state, and they even don't notify me, I had to check the status of the application from another branch to know this.
What makes thing worse is that things can only be fixed at this branch, so whenever I discover that I cannot buy this or that because of some stupid limit and want to fix it from the nearest branch, I get a clumsy employee who tries to do it then asks me to go to (my) branch because he cannot do it.
Beside clumsiness, the common theme for this bank is unaccountability. Whenever I discover that something is messed up with the account creation and I ask for the reason, I see astonished faces for employees who don't know who set this limit at that number or why a particular application was not processed or who is responsible for any thing. My worst banking experience I had ever in my life.
