CIBC Branch & ATM

Good branch. Opened late and has a drive-thru. A bit slow when dealing with a live teller, but I think most banks are like that.

Branch policy is questionable. They'll take your money and freeze your account. Telephone banking and online help can't help you either. Take your banking needs to a different branch.

stay away from this branch. and especially from Claudio Giardino the branch manager. he was dishonest, disrespectful, and definitely made me feel like I dont want to deal with CIBC anymore.

We wanted to exchange $40 for toonies. We were the first in line, the teller told us that us that we can only exchange $50, so we gave him $50. Then he said we have to wait for 2 minutes. He served several customers after us, until the long line was almost cleared, he made us waited for 15 minutes. Then we asked the admin to help us, only to be told that they do not have toonies. We can only get $20 worth. I told her this is bad customer service. No apologies, no nothing. I would have given a 0 star if I can. No wonder this branch is getting only 2 stars overall. Avoid this branch if you can. I certainly will never come back here.
