RBC Royal Bank

Great customer care, caring, welcoming, very nice but they are the slowest branch I have been to, to make a deposit it takes ages. They have 3 first tellers, the rest are so slow OMG!!! But great service.

Everyone was great and helpful. I did my mortgage with a mortgage specialist which was a bad idea because he did everything wrong. I walked in one day they took me right in and took the time to make sure I understood everything and that it was all done the way I wanted it. want to bring my business over just because of this interaction.

Front line staff is excellent but have had terrible experience dealing with one of its advisor. Branch manager was made aware of the issues but she never did anything about it. Would never use this branch again as there are more competent and helpful staff in other RBC. I should point out this happened a year ago but did not think of posting until now.

Always find excuse to deal wiring transfer if u don't want do that service just put a sign at the front door don't waste my time

What a massive help that Aida was when we opened accounts here recently. She was lovely and really accommodated us and our children!
