TD Canada Trust

TD is horrible, but this is among the worst branches in the area, along with the Hillcrest location. I closed most of my accounts and moved my investments due to the rudeness suffered at this location.

The teller is nice and friendly. But the problem is everytime I try to call this branch to make an appointment and I even left VM and nobody answer the phone or give me a call back.

I'm very surprised by the comment below. I've had nothing but excellent experiences since switching to this branch. Especially with Ou, who initially helped me set up my accounts. She truly goes above and beyond and has been so helpful at every step... its like visiting with a friend to stop by this branch. I'm very grateful, and would highly recommend this bank and its staff.

Typical TD bank. Nothing special or spectacular to speak about.

I'm surprised by Nicole's review and lean more towards Shima's. Specifically with their "advisors", who make even the smallest task arduous, opening an account or service here and asking a question you are Sisyphus pushing the boulder around the mountain before actually being able to push it up, but not before coming and going 30 times for a simple task or procedure. I am glad you had a good experience Nicole, but know that you're in the minority or you really are their friend.
