The worst Branch. Long time client here and two things are consistent. Incopentant rude staff/managers and long wait times.ubfortuantly it’s nearby to me but I will go out of my way to a different branch from now on. I will also no longer give TD my business. Every visit takes an hour for simple things. Instead of adding clerks the manager goes through the line to encourage you to use the TD app so TD can better track your spending havits and offer you more costly products. They’ve often given me a hard time for cashing checks having to check with management as if it’s not my money. I ask them to pay a credit card and they pay a closed account and then I go back to spend another hour waitIng to be told they can make payments to a closed card but can not help fix it. Instead I have to call Visa and spend an hour on the phone. This is constantly the worst customer service of any branch or bank and they get extremely rude when you point out their mistakes. Avoid TD avoid this branch.

Excellent service received from Uma Sivasivarm who is the Customer Service Manager and also Wendy Qianwen who helped me open up a new account at TD. They advised me of all the promotions the bank had to offer me as a new client and I highly recommend this branch and the service is exceptional. Thank you again for all your help

This TD branch is great. My entire family goes here and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The locations, including this one, are always convenient. There's a reason I'd pick TD over any other bank.
