TD Canada Trust

The big lady who work customer service was very rude and treat very bad for customers! She didn't work on her shift. I lost my visa so I need to report and destroy it so I asked her she didn't care about that. Just play with another lady's kids ! I asked several times after that she made face very dirty and then made me new one! This type of employees cannot be hired any place . Waste money and lost customers ! Very bad lady work in TD bank customer service front desk!!!

Are the five stars the employees themselves or their friends? Ian is not knowledgeable and rude, people keep popping into his office to chat when he is with a client, and he was late to a meeting. The tellers ask too many personal questions ("oh you were just travelling, where did you go?") this is fine but not when there is a line of 20 people waiting to deposit some cash. They also keep telling my mom she doesn't know how to use an iPhone because their app is garbage and never loads properly. Again this is fine, but just admit your app is garbage, why are you so rude to her?

Terrible branch, I actually use to work here and glad I left. its filled with children whose parents got them a summer job and will become executives of the bank. I went in there to exchange some 20s into 100s and even after I swiped my card and entered my pin was told that would have to deposit the cash in order to change the bills which is a crock its cash, cash is king. they only wanted to deposit the cash because the little jerk was on a power trip and it would results in me having a transaction charge. I ended up complaining to 3 different managers and not a single one contacted me. only when I escalated it to TD's customer service department did they try to contact me. oh and I went to 2 other branches in the area who exchanged the bills for me no problem.

there is all the time a long waiting time and just 2 or 3 teller on duty.thay do not care even about review.

These people are horrible worst customer service ever... They lack of professionalism, I lost my card one time they act like its the end of the world, the telly said bunch of weird things about my purse; and the two ladies at the front desk are just the rudest ever! They give you dirty looks like you are bothering them or something! One of them was yelling about her lunch in the kitchen to another employee instead of helping customers! Avoid this location they do not know what they doing! Not to be mean or anything but they make an extremely bad representation of TD canada trust! Why not hire better staff with a better work ethic with better manners! #tdcanada #tdcanadabadservice #tdworstcustomerservice
