The manager was really rude. I was told my the 800 number that the branch manager could help me over the phone since I have moved from original branch. But when I called in, the manger insisted that I go to the branch for a very minor issue that could have been resolved over the phone. overall always had very polite customer service, but this manager was not really looking into being helpful or flexible. how one person can change your opinion about the bank.

Professional, fast and courteous service. Friendly staff. Someone that seems to be a manager doesn't know how to behave in front of customers, being almost rude with a teller.

Great for day to day banking. A bit slow for special banking like business etc.

This lady name Shana Nasseri was not pleasant at all. She lied to me about the credit card I was applying for whatever reason...Had to call Customer service to fix the problem. Even when I did try talking to Shana she would cut me off and say "Ya ya I'll take care of it" while I was talking. She is VERY RUDE and ill-mannered for lying about how she had to leave because of closing hours around 6:20, while they close at 8.
