I opened up an investment account at BMO and transferred all my mutual fund over from another institution a couple of days ago, the lady who had helped me (her name is Pam) is extremely unprofessional! Poor service!
During my 45 minutes visit, she *sigh* at least 3 times in front of me, making me feel that I am not welcome at all and was wasting her time!
Not only this, she filled out the application form and asked me to go over/sign it, I found at least 4 typos in just 2 pages! How could she expect me to sign a form with that many errors? Honestly, I am a customer trying to open up an account at BMO, I am not there to check her work!
Yesterday she called, saying that I didn't sign 2 pages of the form and asked me to go back to the branch to sign it. She sounded like blaming me for not looking carefully on where to sign and now she has to do more work! Well....aren't she supposed to check all pages and make sure they are completed before letting me go?! I told her that I do not have time and requested her to scan and email me those pages to sign, she said there is no scanner at BMO! Now, I have to wait for the forms in snail mail! How nice!!
Pam, if you happened to read this, please take note that you are representing BMO, and please be more professional at your job. I am not sure about the service in this branch but this lady who sit in a room here is highly NOT recommended!!

Horrible customer experience. Poorly trained and non-professional stuff. Blame you for the things they should have done. I would give 0 star if it is allowed.

Waited 30-40 mins
And had a teller (Indian teller at the very first kiosk) who wasted almost 40 mins of my time...then told me she couldn't complete the task I went there to complete. I have had many issues with the same teller!!!!
