Customer service is nowhere to be found. They put like three deposit slips in with the checks, what? Are they like gold to you guys? If you expect nothing good from this bank, you won't be dissatisfied.

It seems like the employees don't give you the full information you need. They seem condescending too. Both me and my fiance have had trouble there with cashing our checks. You might as well take a few extra minutes and go to the TCF in Cub Foods. They're a lot more polite and helpful.

This Bank is an actual branch location which I love instead of one inside of a Cub Foods. I like TCF Bank because its open 7 Days a week.
