Wells Fargo Bank

Brought my extra change in to deposit to my account only to find out they don't take loose change, they'll only take it if you put it in rolla.....isn't this a bank?

If you're lucky, you'll be seen right away by a banker. They just sit around and act as if you're not there. No greeting and no one cares to come by to see what kind of help you need or what you're there for. Worst bank ever! It seems like no one wants to do their damn jobs!

So damn tired of constantly being harassed to open accounts or lines of credit that I don't need nor want. But when it comes to loans they cant help. And their business associates are garbage.

Just a quick shout-out to Cosmos (don't have his last name), who was very helpful when I stopped in last week. I have a joint account with some siblings at WF which I don't use very often, and I needed to transfer some money into it. As it turns out, I had the wrong account number, as last year the previous account was closed and a new one opened. Cosmos was greeting people the first day I tried to make a deposit and couldn't because I had the wrong account number. I had to wait to talk to a banker, and ran out of time, because I had to get to work. As I left, Cosmos said he would be there the next day at a particular time and could work with me personally. He was there the next day, and even though I was late, he got to me quickly, and helped me figure out what the problem was, and we got the deposit done. He went the extra mile for me.
