I have been with this bank for about two years now. Their customer service is great. I can even tell that the employees that work there enjoy working there.

I've been banking with Affinity plus for 28 years. I used to brag about my customer service experience, but no longer am able to do that and keep honest. 30 minutes in the Saturday drive through. Employees who miss inform customers about basic financial products rather than say they can't answer your question. Oh, and check their math when completing a transaction! Hire customer oriented employees and/ or provide TRAINING- oh, and ensure you've got enough employees scheduled to serve members.
