Taxi Diamond

True story: I forgot a bag in a Taxi Diamond. After many different attempts using different pieces of information the lost and found was able to track down my driver. The Driver (Mr. Day) took time at almost midnight to go home, pick up and drop off my bag with some pretty valuable items in it. He could have easily kept it, but he didn't. The operator could have easily given up and she didn't. They were both genuinely happy to be able to give me back my items. I thanked them both profusely and Mr. Day and I talked for a bit and we laughed about it. All in all great customer service from a company/industry that has had troubles recently.

Work xmas party, they gave out cool taxi vouchers to get home. Taxi wouldn't accept them. Pretended to not know what they were. Then he accuses me of stealing them after I had given them to him. He said if I hadn't told him a the start of the ride that I was paying with vouchers that he would've kicked my ass. Thank god I only take taxi's once a year. Next time I will video and document the ride.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. We called the company for a cab and they said no problem. 15 minutes later WE called back and asked if there was a cab on its way and they said there was none available. Which would have been helpful to know BEFORE we waited for nothing and they did not offer the information on the first call.. We then asked when one would be available and the person on the other end said to either wait and see if one showed or up to call another cab company. We called another cab and within 5 minutes it arrived. Terrible service, unreliable and complete waste of time.

I'm not really impressed bc the taxi driver took the long way. I take taxi to this same place often, I know the best route, which I told him he should take. It cost me an extra $5 compared to the normal cost.

Most probably my worst experience with a taxi company. I got a recorded message saying to wait and they would pick me up. It then hangs up. Seriously, why are they even complaining to the government and requesting money for their licences... They took and still take their clients for granted, the competition is better and they're not even trying to improve... in fact, it's worst. Please everyone, use Uber or Theo.
