Ordered a taxi. The guy showed up and had lost his dome light so he couldnt take us. He called in another taxi for us through his radio and was very nice and we were understanding. But then no car came. Dispatch ignored his request.... 30 minutes for a taxi when we are 5 minutes from the airport is pretty rediculous.

Worst taxi company in town. Avoid at all costs. Called for taxi and operator hung up before I could finish asking questions. Called back and was confirmed 5-8 minutes arrival. 20 minutes later, called back and discovered no taxi had ever been ordered. This is now the third separate occasion this has happened. They're a bunch of jokers. Called Atlas instead, and a taxi arrived in 7 minutes even though I was out of their normal area.

Really horrible service. I ordered a taxi van because I had all my ski equipement with me. The driver did not even move a finger to help me put the ski equipment in the car. No wonder why people use new services such as uber, car2go, or teo. If with the current competition you could not even enhance your service you don't deserve to be around. Would give 0 star if I could.

The worst cab I ever taken in Montreal. Customer service and cab calling is horrible and rude. Now I understand why uber is so successful.

I called and said I’m bringing a medium dog but the dispatcher told the driver it was a small dog. As soon as he saw it he was acting completely rude and unprofessional. No wonder why people are opting for other means of transportation. NEVER AGAIN.
