Amical Taxi (L')

HORRIBLE service!!!!!!! Pas du tout AMICAL. Pardon the pun. It's starts with I have an extremely heavy bag and the taxi driver sits and stares instead of opening his trunk, the taxi driver behind him (was a taxi stand) honked his horn, and the driver finally got out of car to open the trunk. Then as I was placing my bags, he was trying to close the trunk while my head was still there. It tapped my head a couple of times, and I had to tell him to stop. I guess he couldn't figure out to stop. Once in the car, I told him that I would be paying by card and he told me no. Just no no. No other words, no apology no explanation just waved his hands and said: No. He quickly got out of his car at this point and quickly opened his trunk and told me to get another taxi. The taxi driver behind took my business and go a great tip as his service ( a different company evidentally). I called the company and said I would like to place a complaint. The guy on the phone was first of all very hard to hear. Asked if I got hurt I said no, thank God and he said...so what pleasure do you have to call and complain, I got another taxi so what's the problem??? I said that to be honest I have great service with other taxis, it is his business and his loss and it is obvious as to why there are such bad reviews and others should not suffer with bad treatment. I will never use this company again!

vis en vedette L'avis de Elysabeth Garant sur L'Amical Métro Taxi Pire compagnie de taxiRéceptionniste perdue, qui nous rit en pleine face. Chauffeurs qui vous conduisent sans savoir où se trouve la destination et vous charge tout de même. Superviseur qui vous crie après et vous dit que vous allez faire ce qu'il vous dit. Je n'ai jamais reçu un aussi mauvais service de ma vie.
