“Terrible service and complete lack of responsibility! I purchased a ticket on the FlixBus website, but it turned out the transportation is handled by their partner company. When an issue arose, FlixBus claimed that the partner company was responsible for the service. However, the partner company stated that the ticket belongs to FlixBus and that they are only responsible for passenger transportation. In the end, both companies kept passing the responsibility back and forth!nnWe called FlixBus five times before the boarding even started, and every single time we were ignored. They refused to connect us to a manager to resolve the situation. It seems their policy is to wash their hands of the customer as soon as the ticket is sold.nnThis isn’t just disrespectful; it’s outright negligence. FlixBus, if you can’t provide proper customer support, why are you even operating in this business? Complete failure!”
Decent, clean station, not very close to the historic centre, but walkable distance. There is not much of the seating area, however, toilets are free and clean. Please note that normally bus tickets provide free seating. No seats are reserved.
There is an information section you can check the Montreal map and metro map, also there’s a shop for currency exchange, barbershop, etc,. This place can connected you with other provinces, you can also choose to travel inside Quebec province using the bus. I’ve seen some complaints in the previous reviews about the accommodation.
