Don't recommend this taxi company. Very disappointed with the dispatcher service. I called for a cab far in advance of when I needed to get downtown and repeated the address 4 times and spelled it 3 times. After 15min I got a call from the driver who was given the wrong street name. After waiting another 15min he arrived and when I gave the address downtown he said he doubted we'd make it on time. I asked him to try his best. While the driver was ok, the dispatchers showed their unprofessional attitude by laughing loudly over the in-cab speaker saying 'downtown by xxam... hahaha!!'. Luckily I was able to re-arrange my day once I got where I needed to go, but I don't ever recommend this service. If it hadn't been for the bad dispatch service at the beginning I would have arrived on time.

Never had such a bad service. The staff is so incompetent and unrespectful. Don't go There!

Pire place pour avoir un point ups quand t'appeler il ne veule pas te repondre a te question pour savoir si ton colis est la il te dit qu'il ne peut pas te repondre et que tu doit aller a l'endroit. Il on le pire service a la clientèle au monde.

Je suis aller pour recevoir de linformation et ils etaient tres mechant et irespectueux faite attention et ne faite pas affaire avec eux.

Vous etes nuls, pas sérieux et surtout pas professionnels... Vous répondez même pas au téléphone, je ne vois pas comment UPS travaille avec eux...
