Really friendly service.  I got the mango coconut smoothie with tapioca.  Love that it’s real chunks of fresh mangoes and the tapioca was perfect.

Prompt and courteous service.  They only accept cash. I love their Mango Coconut Milk with Sago drink the most. Costs $5.35 incl tax. Very refreshing. I prefer Sago over the Tapioca balls in bubble tea.

Some of the best bubble tea/drink offerings in the city. You can choose from either real fruit or syrups and they deliver perfectly each time. The owners are also super nice! One of the last remaining cheaper bbtea places of quality.
