Maki Mart

Nice little take out place. Very easy to choose your maki as everything is wrapped and labelled. Parking in the plaza is a little tricky though … but if you’re craving a fancier snack, this is the place to visit.

Quick service at this maki take out shop near warden and highway 7! They have a rotating variety of flavours and fatty toro goes quick. I arrived just ahead of the lunch rush and was able to pick up a couple pieces. Parking is tricky in this plaza given the number of small business - would recommend underground parking.Food: 5/5

Went back 3 times in the last 2 weeks. The salmon ikura is my favourite. The rolls are a good price, very satisfying and they give you a fish shape soy sauce!Food: 5/5

Excited to see a great concept for fast sushi. Variety of the maki filling is impressive as you can see from the poster menu. This sushi place is take-out only, with no space to eat-in. The rolls are meant to be self-rolled, making the nori still crispy during consumption. If you’re used to fancy sushi rolls in restaurants, the filling of the rolls are not going to be up to par. But they’re good enough to satisfy your maki roll craving. You should give them a try.

Taste fresh and good amount of filling! Lots of choices but they sell out fast Fast service. Staff is nice! Small shop grab and go. Fatty Toro sells out fast Open at 10am - 5pm!

Tried their mentaiko scallop and sea eel hand rolls. The scallops are really fresh and tender. Sea eel was perfectly grilled and paired nicely with the rice and seaweed. Will definitely come back to try more flavours!!Food: 5/5

such a cute little shop the rolls were absolutely delicious and super fresh!! i got a whole variety of rolls, my favourite was definitely the fatty toro!! make sure to wear a jacket as its getting colder outside, there’s usually a line outside of the door and limited standing space inside.
