This place is decent. Chicken tenders are nice size and juicy. Only thing is I wished they had more flavors. I'm a Hot/spicy kinda person and even their hottest one they have is not that good. Not that spicy and flavor is kinda nasty. They need to update to some more different flavors in my opinion. I doubt I'll go back for tenders. The kids had their Pizza, which was actually pretty good. They liked it. Fries are really good. The boneless wings come kinda dry but their bone-in wings come drenched in sauce which we liked. If they update their flavors and get more variety I will definitely try them out again. Till then, it's an okay spot if you want tenders. I have to say that they are better than Canes.
Came on Tuesday during tender special which is 99 cent tenders. Ordered with Parmesan garlic sauce I love garlic but this one was a bitter from the imbalance and buffalo garlic which was pretty good. Had sweet potato fries with it which were good. The tender themselves were on the salty side. Had to ask for napkins when it should just be provided knowing we were eating with our hands no silverware. So basically, it could have been really good but there was a few missed opportunities that need improvement. Our server was busy but attentive. May come back and try again when they’re not having a special if it makes a difference.
food was good and I had a major issue w/my kid's grilled cheese sandwichNow I inspect er'thang before we eat and TGI did my job as usual bc a whole plastic casing for the cheese was still on the sandwich; cooked and allTrust me I discern that aggressive hiring, The Great Resignation, and being short staffed isn't unique to any business within the last 2yrs. However, not with a kids meal. They literally just did a recall on Capri Suns for cleaning solution detected inside the drinking pouchesHumans, employees, and individuals with great intent will make errors but all I kept thinking about was the possible cause of choking, if I didn't inspect our food thorough enough, etc.
This place has disappointed me for the last time so I am finally writing a review! I work in the area and I have gone through the drive through several times. At first I would leave a 25% tip, this time I tipped nothing and I only do that if the service is really bad! I ordered 3 grilled chicken strips, the order took 18 min to come out, and they did not bring ranch. On top do all this they charged me $11.95 for three chicken strips! Sorry but this place is not that great and their prices are through the roof! Not going back if I can help it.
Update: Theee Beeeeeest!!!! Tennessee Hot chicken sandwich in the world !!! So I am adding to this review omg by far the best hot chicken sandwich I ever had in my entire life . The burger so puffy and well assembled and the seasoning well there is no explanation! Is so perfect I think I tear up every time I come here and get that lol also definitely ask for the BAmBam beer just like fruity pebbles and $4 craft beers sundays ! Definitely need to get in here Bdubs and Hooter fall waaaaaay short of this place who ever is the cook deserves James beard award ! Original post Nice neighborhood restaurant is clean, modern and friendly, food is good I do not mind coming here for a beer or two and enjoy a good beer and tenders . I rather come here than any other bar because pricing and flavor is on point .
Tenders are great, salad is great. Really anything w/ that Sweet Thai Chili sauce is gold. Awesome new beer garden as well.
This is one of my all-time favorite places to get wings. The wings are delicious, especially the boneless ones. They have so many sauces to choose from, and my favorites are the Kentucky bourbon and the spicy buffalo. The service was great, and I had a lot of fun playing music bingo on Tuesdays. Amazing. It's a franchise that would go well in our hometown twin cities of Bloomington Normal. I'd love to know if that's a possibility for franchising. Would have been a 5 star for service, but y'all seemed a bit under-staffed and it was very weird upon entry, but after about 5 minutes of standing at the hostess stand we and. Couple other parties were instructed to sit anywhere. Lauren, our server, was fantastic. Great portion sizes and love the fact that there are healthy options on the menu.
The food was good and the atmosphere was great. I went on a Saturday afternoon on a warm day so I sat in the outdoor dining area. The person I came with got a huge double burger and I got the chicken ranch sandwich. I forgot what the names of the dishes are on the menu. The food is made to order and you can tell. My partner said that his burger was great. My chicken sandwich was really good. The ranch sauce had a mild flavor that didn't over power the sandwich and it wasn't slathered on. I could actually taste the seasoning on the chicken. I got a chocolate milkshake as well that tasted like home made. Our server was nice as well.
Food was good but not great, tiniest $12 burger I have ever seen! Service was pleasant enough but slow especially since the restaurant wasn’t even half full on a week night. These are the questions I am asking all local indy restaurants, if I’m not getting excellent food and top notch service, why would I go back? I am paying higher prices for what? If I am willing to pay the extra few bucks for each item I order, what am I getting for those extra dollars? If you want to keep your doors open, you are expected to offer better quality food and excellent service, otherwise we’ll go elsewhere.
