We loved the selection and the vibes of the whole place. Our server was really kind and helped recommend between the two choices we couldn't pick and it ended up divine!! We got the lettuce indulge to share, the crispy texture from the sweet potato straws contrast perfectly with the salad and the vinaigrette was bright and refreshing!! We also got fishy, fishy which was battered to perfection and the brussel sprouts were to die for. Our last dish was the dad bod which my husband loved and mopped up the entire plate by the time I was half done with mine. I hope you give this gem a try, we know we'll be back!
What a gem! Quirky, rustic and charming...somehow all at once! I had the chicken and waffles and it was SO GOOD. I'm not sure if they soak maple syrup into the waffle somehow but the waffle itself was so tasty. Also the pile of bacon was most welcome. The hubs got the quiche which was also tasty! Great texture and flavor. The tea selection could use some love Adagio is a couple blocks away! But glad there was at least some Earl Gray. Overall GREAT experience.
The food was great and the menu and atmosphere was charming. Pretty date spot! This is my second time here and again the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I love their decorations! It was really pretty in December. They have a pig on the wall that they dress up and that’s pretty funny. Great food and $$ prices average for Downtown Naperville. Great vegetarian burger, mac and cheese, and magic mushroom burger! Amazing farm to table food.
Went here for a late lunch and there was place to sit in a pretty dining area. All the staff were sweet and overheard that everything on the menu is made from scratch so even when one of the desserts we wanted wasn’t available. It wasn’t even a bummer. Everything tastes great and would come again anyway. And the dishes we were served on were so cute. All for an affordable price and cater to my partners vegetarian diet.
Huge portions! The mac and cheese was absolutely incredible, so creamy and flavorful. The chicken and waffles were also a big hit. Not too busy on a Sunday afternoon.Food: 5/5
We went here for a day date for lunch and we enjoyed cocktails, the burrata appetizer, a short rib entree and the chicken and waffles. The portions were more than enough for us to eat and everything was delicious. We look forward to going back again as the menu changes with what's local and available.
All I can say is I had to stop eating so I could enjoy it tomorrow. The food was absolutely delicious. Portions are good, service was fantastic, I literally came home and told my family about it, it was that good. I hope to come back again soon.
Didn't know what to expect and was pleased. Took a bit too long to greet us but definitely received great service. Food recommendations were excellent and tasted great. Not too noisy.Food: 5/5
I came for my birthday and chose this restaurant. I loved the ambience of this place, it was very lovely. Our server was awesome and accommodated us very well. The skirt steak was amazing, although the Brussel sprouts were on the salty side and the rice was extremely citrusy. Our Server tonight was Eric he made some great suggestions on food and was a very pleasant person super personable and was quick and helpful! Definitely recommend the food and him as your server! He didn't steer us wrong all night!
