There was quite the line in the drive thru. But service was pretty fast. It's a kfc and a taco bell in one location. The kfc famous bowl contains 98% of your daily recommended sodium so watch out. The fried chicken isn't what it used to be 15 years ago. Taco bells has rolled out a bunch of new items over the last 2 years
Went to KFC for first time in years and bought a 8 piece meal through the drive through. Upon arriving at home I noticed that the chicken was over cooked and tough to eat. Tried calling the restaurant to rectify the situation, there was no answer and when voicemail picked up, it was full. Attempted 3 more times with the same result. Fed up I left at message at the “contact us” on the corporate website. Won’t be returning to this location.
I have been at this location since 4:15 p.m. waiting for my order. It is 5:02 p.m. and I'm just getting my order. I asked how long for my order and I was told a few minutes. I would have canceled my order but I ordered it online. I called the 1 800 number on website and was on hold with no one picking up the phone. Just want to let you guys know that if you are willing to wait more than 30 minutes for your food and no customer service this is the right place for you. I will NEVER come back here. There were at least 5 other people that left and they were very smart by doing that. If I would have never placed my order online I would have also left and gone to Popeyes which I will be going to from now on.
This place is so NASTY!!!!! The lady making food grabbed taco shells with no gloves, then after she finish making the order for the customer in the drive through she grabbed a garbage can, when she overheard me talking to one of her coworkers about what she did, she put the garbage can down and put on gloves, to take care of my order. After seeing all of this, I asked for my money backI ordered chicken- this is a KFC/Taco bell joined together location THIS location needs better management and Staff immediately! When I asked for my money back the manager NEVER asked why she “just grabbed for the drinkthat was made- heck..I didn’t want it after what I saw The young lady by name of Isela was cleaning the floors said SHE had to help the manager refund me my money! Then why have a manager if she can’t manage???? This place is HORRIBLE and NASTY! Save your self STAY AWAY! Please KFC/Taco Bell you truly can do better than the staff other than the nice young man who took my order and SAW as I pointed out to him his coworker NASTY handling of food/garbage; he is the ONLY one that apologized; not even the Manager on duty apologized The MANAGEMENT that worked @8pm on 4/19/2023 she needs to be immediately to be either retrained or replaced. Lead by example and the HEALTH DEPARTMENT!
This location and it's leadership team are great! And the KFC chicken is very tasty too! I have had a multi-month issue with KFC CORPORATE that they cannot seem to fix. It has to do with their very poor ordering app. However the local store management team has been outstanding and worked to resolve things on their end. I want to sincerely thank Meghan, Tiffany and Rosie at the store. They made a very bad experience GOOD! Thank you! As far as KFC CORPORATE goes... STILL WAITING to hear from them and they never follow up unless I call. Have spent hours with them to no avail. That's why I like local people that you can deal with face to face and get quick simple solutions. PLEASE SHOP HERE - But don't use the KFC CORP app!!!
Chicken sandwich was super small which made it insanely over cooked. The chicken was hard like shoe leather. Insane how much this costs a 1 dollar mc chicken has more meat and tastes better. Half of the sandwich was completely inedible could only eat the right half. Super disappointed
This place has been so bad for a few years. The line is always extremely long given it’s the only kfc in this area which more than once I have just pulled away and out from, we sat again for 15 minutes without moving an inch, they have lost my business so many times because of this. Previous times being here they have had our order wrong so had to walk inside after being in the drive they for so long only to wait another 10 minutes for my correct order. It’s unfortunate when your craving this place and it’s unbearable to wait 40 minutes in a drive thru knowing there is a potential to have to wait another 10 minutes to have a wrong order corrected. Definitely not fast food.
You get what you pay for - these aren't the worst tacos but they aren't the best. The people working here are always nice although they can be forgetful so double check your order. Overall, the food is decent.Food: 4/5
I typically go to KFC for the sides. I get the mashed potatoes and gravy and the coleslaw. This time the mashed potatoes tasted like from the box and they always had the best homemade tasting potatoes! And the gravy was very watery! It’s like they are taking short cuts. I was very disappointed and hope they go back to the original recipe and stop taking short cuts! A true waste of money!
World’s slowest drive thru and even if you wait it out, only 50/50 chance of your order being right. It matter the time of day or day of the week, same thing. KFC/Taco Bell combo. One time I ordered the Taco Bell spicy potato tacos and I got home and they just threw Kfc dried out fries in as the “spicy potatoes”. They should’ve just told me they were out of the potatoes and I would’ve ordered other things. I threw them all out
