You must go to enjoy the delicious Cantonese-style food. Opened only for dinner. Open only 5 hours every day! Many dishes need to be booked in advance, such as Caviare sliced duck, Steamed Rock Cod Fish .The owner is a famous chef in Hong Kong. He chooses the ingredients and cooks in person. I like some dishes, such as Caviare sliced duck, The restaurant used to be in Richmond for many years. Re-opened in Vancouver recently. The staff are nice and friendly.
Didn't have my hopes up. I'm a highly skeptical eater at joints like this. I been around a lot of Cantonese food both good and bad. But dang, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was neither too greasy nor salty. We had a reasonably sized party so we were able to sample a wide variety of dishes from plainer veggies, soups and stronger meat dishes. Everyone always has their favourites, but each dish was done quite well. No complaints at all. Service was on par for these kind of restaurants ... so no, probably do not expect any Michelin stars here. Would recommend and I definitely wouldn't mind coming back.
It's a little cramped inside with all the barriers surrounding each table, but the food and service is great. There's a handful of free surface level parking spots. The signage is confusing, but you don't have to pay as long as you're parked in a spot reserved for the restaurant. Overflow parking is underground, but is paid parking. $3.50/hr plus another $3 in ridiculous fees
Good food, clean place, nice service. Parking lots - some are free, some have to pay or just park on the street.
Very tasty with very good food and service. Staff is amazing becoming my regular place to eat.
Consistent Cantonese-style food with friendly staff. They are only opened however at this time for dinner no dim sum still. Quality is good, with delicately crafted dishes. They make a very good pork belly casserole and sweet and sour pineapple pork - with fresh pineapple. They are a smaller restaurant so be sure to reserved in advance. They also make a great XO sauce, but you have to ask for it. Some dishes are decent but nothing spectacular though - preserved vegetable with lotus root, truffle chicken and roasted squab. I do like their plating and choice of cutlery. It's more elaborate and colour-coordinated than most similar Chinese restaurants. Will return to try their extensive menu!
So delicious ! Always my favourite place to go when I’m in the area. The chef is so nice! Everyone is so friendly and the food is authentic.
Great food, excellent service. We have two toddlers and the staff were kind and very friendly. Will dine again!
Very reasonable prices but excellent food and service.
Very good food. The roast goose was great and the Geoduck was amazing
