This is the colour rice I got And they named it has biryani rice I have shown you the difference that they have in the menu banner and what they have given to me When I ask them They are saying "this what we do you take it or leave it, it's your choice" They are stubborn on telling take it or leave it and go. Very bad customer service I ever seen. They know the mistake is on them. But they are telling "Sold is sold" "THIS IS REALLY NOT A BIRYANI BIRYANI SHOULD HAVE MERE MASALA IN IT"
The beef korma and the vegetable samosas are delicious! The chicken samosas were just ok. The sweet sauce for the samosas are wonderful. Service was awesome, as well. Highly recommend!
Kind hearts and hard working people here! Great service. Good portions. This place is my ultimate comfort food, nothing else hits the spot. I always get the butter chicken and some naan. Today I tried the chocolate naan for a little treat and it was delicious! Like a nice thick pancake. They deserve more rating.Food: 5/5
Because we had a very bad experience about the food we bought last time too much salt so that we cannot taste anything else we asked the person at the counter if we could taste the curry before we buy . She said they do not allow tasting now and was very rude. We were planning to buy for $100 and want to make sure we do not have the same experience like last time . We decided not to buy from there because we were worried about the quality of the food. The quality of food at this outlet has gone downhill in the last few months , that we will not buy from there again ..
Highly recommended - We ordered the half bbq platter and we loved it, this was our first time trying this location and we will be ordering again from here and even possibly asking them to cater for our future gatherings. Karen that works there is super friendly and polite. We are looking forward to trying other items in their menu.
Buffet is not hygiene. Felt like it was just reheated from yesterdays and Naan as well. I ordered 3 curries and all of them had to throw it off including Naan. My kids were disappointed as they were hungry.I called and complained but it seems like they dont care. Wouldnt visit again.
Showed up to pick up my order on time. I had to wait another 12 minutes. Also found 13 pieces of bone in our meal. Some of them very small and sharp and dangerous. There was mold growing out of the ceiling tiles. I noticed it while I was waiting for my pickup order. Will not be going back !
I tried almost every desi restaurant in Kitchener. This one is the low quality and weirdly expensive restaurant I have got food from. Everything from this place is a low quality and expensive. No taste no flavors no quality it's so worse that they should close the business immediately or hire a new chef. I can prepare better food than them literally!!!
The goat curry smelled of raw meat and the garlic butter naans were hardly buttery. The achari chicken was also not great as the chicken was still oozing blood , not sure how they manage to run a business like that.
3 days I pay for them all his meet not cutter Perfect and they keep the Fat on the meat more than % 50 just fat.
