Pizza Stop

Had a couple of bad quality experiences with previous owners so was delighted to find out about new ownership! Tried it again and we have officially switched from Pizza Pizza to Pizza Stop! Pizza is miles better here now and my family loves our pizza! Ordered here many times in the last few months and never a bad pizza! Always cooked well and quality is top notch! I've been cooking professionally and as an apprentice chef for a few years and I appreciate the quality they put into these pizzas. Owners are the nicest people you'll meet. Very nice and very humble.! Good job guys.! You've gained a new regular!

Well, I’ve tried a lot of pie shops in town and some stand out and some quietly provide a consistent quality product and they have a loyal clientele. I think Pizza Stop is one of those who are consistent and caring about delivering a good, quality product. We tried a pizza from there and aside from not being “blown away” by gimmicky marketing, there was care taken in the product and assured us it was as ordered. What we found is an honest, reasonably priced product that is of good quality and it shows. The crust was perfect and the sauce was very tasty. Toppings were adequate without being chintzy and was a good balance. It was apparent to me that this lady did really care a her product and customer satisfaction. That in itself means a lot to me and I have no reservations recommending Pizza Stop. It’s worth a try and she has some things unique to a pizza shop. Why not give it try?

I really wish I could write a positive review. The location is convenient and I love that this shop offers keto and vegan cheese, but it is pointless when the pizza is terribly made. As per many other reviews, the pizzas I’ve ordered have been extremely dry and undercooked. A huge dissapointment/shift from the quality served by the previous owners. I really hope that whoever runs the shop now gains a sense of urgency and concern by reading these reviews and puts the effort into making their pizza worth people’s time and money. 10+ bad reviews later, this shouldn’t still be an issue.

My family and I tried pizza stop for the first time tonight. We have tried a few other places in kitchener ranging from expensive to cheaper places. We have been disappointed and some our kids wouldn't even eat. Pizza stop had great prices. I purchased one of the current promotional cards and that's how we heard about them I also like that it is a local store not a chain. We absolutely loved the pizza. It was delivered quick and was fresh. I will definitely order from pizza stop again. I can also say we will never order from anywhere else again!!

We buy pizza here all the time...probably once a month for the last few years. I experienced the old owner and new owner and I've always had pleasant service. The pizza is consistent and the price is great. I'm honestly surprised by the couple bad comments as is does seem like they are talking about the same place. I've never had bad food or service.

Pizza is great! Staff are friendly and awesome to chat with. There are alot of other pizza places around the area, but for the strive and quality I will always go here! The chicken wings are huge, definitely worth getting, pizza slice deal 2 peperoni and a pop for 4.50, they even have a burger combo and make home made cookies if you have a sweet tooth. Great pizza store all around!

Excellent gluten free pizza! My wife is Celiac and loves their pizza. Never had a problem with cross contamination. There regular pizza is awesome too! The dough is extra tasty. You really have to try it. They have a smores dessert pizza too! Yum! Wings are large and good value for the price. They've won awards for them, and for good reason! Friendly family staff and good service. You should give them a try.

When we first moved out to New Dundee Road, boy were we disappointed with the pizzas we would order. Until we found Pizza Stop. The toppings are so fresh and the wings - you must try the wings. We've been a regular customer for almost two years and amazingly our order always arrives piping hot! I think we've been repeating our standing order for at least the last year, that's just how good it is.

My sister in-law and I used to order pizza from Pizza Stop every Thursday night "Girls night". We loved the pizza sooo much when the old owners were there, it was consistent and cooked perfectly every time. I complained once after the new owner took over so I have a credit there, it can stay there too. I don't know why they would change the recipe and deliver under cooked pizza.

Thought I would stop by to order a pizza after I got one of the pamphlets w 12 free medium pizza included. Yes you do have to activate it with your first order either being over $15 for your first pick up or $22 for delivery. Which is fine. Both of the people who served me were extremely friendly and even gave me some tips on how to be more visible as a motorcyclist which was interesting. Needless to say, I was having a bad night, and ended up smiling before I left, and enjoying some tasty food I recommend the dessert pizzas for anyone who hasnt tried it!! :
