Tamashii Ramen

Stopped by this amazing ramen noodle place after work around the area. Very quiet place to enjoy my lunch here alone, noodle is very tender goes very well with the silky smooth broth. The pork was seared to perfection with the right amount of fat content in it. I enjoy it very much! Definitely come back around lunch time.

I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen it tasted good. But the soup is a little bit oily. And the prime tenderloin steak,yummy and very tender. I love it.

A great hidden gem in the city. We had takoyaki, spicy karaage and dashi tofu to go with our ramen bowls. All food was excellent and the ramen was authentic with lots of flavour. Price is also very reasonable

Ramen is perfect on a rainy day like today. So I ordered black garlic Tonkotsu and pork fried rice on uber eats and they were having a BOGO deal on the fried rice. I’m so glad it did because the fried rice was amazing with scallions and cut up chasu on top enjoyed it even more than the ramen. The ramen was okay. My favorite thing from the ramen was the egg, the bamboo, and the wood ears mushrooms, and the broth was my least favorite part of it unfortunately. Great deal overall!

Great service, great appetizers. We ordered grand tonkotsu and black garlic tonkotsu. Ramen unfortunately was too greasy for our taste.

Two of us stopped by touring around the area. We love ramen so we're very excited. This place seems like a great small gem of the city! My husband got the Shoyu Ramen which we highly recommend! It was pretty spicy but packed with flavor. I got the Black Garlic ramen and was a bit disappointed. Would recommend to friends and come back here.

Wow wow wow; now I honestly understand why Tamashii Ramen has a series of 5 star reviews! I've visited a total of three times within the past week and every single dish I ordered has been consistently delicious and flavorful. The first visit here I ordered from their lunch special which consists of a list of various ramen options with a tiny side dish. I picked the extremely spicy ground pork ramen which comes with 3 pieces of deep fried chicken karaage. I also noticed they have baskets of Furikake Fries and I'd never tried them before. Furikake is a Nori seaweed seasoning popular in Japan and typically used to make traditional steamed rice more flavorful. I absolutely loved my meal so much I came here again this past weekend during errands and ordered donburi. I asked my attentive server if I could combine raw salmon and tuna don together and he received positive news from the chef that it was definitely possible. Again another incredibly delicious meal and I also ordered an extra side of seaweed salad to go with my donburi bowl. Today I had more errands in Greektown and decided to have lunch here again. I knew exactly what I was craving and chose the chicken karaage donburi bowl. You should have seen how much crispy and tender chicken they presented me with! The portions here are extremely generous and everything I ordered came out to me within minutes! The restaurant is immaculately clean and the service is attentive. I highly recommend this Japanese restaurant if you appreciate authentic Japanese cuisine

I had the black garlic tonkotsu and it was delicious! My husband had the spicy ramen and it had a good kick. 10/10 recommend
