Tails Up Pet Food

Perhaps the nicest, cleanest, most thoughtful pet food/treat/toy store you'll find. Love them.

I've come into this store several times when no pet store carries our pet food we were using in Quebec we searched at this store and they researched and found the closest to our cats food and were told that they always have it in stock and even offer a rewards program for pet food. The last 2 times I've gone in there they have been out of our cats food and tonight I go in the store with 2 people working there and I'm greeted by one and then completely ignored by both after that I waited for 5 mins and then walked out...I will NEVER return to the store to give them my money nor suggest it to others like I had previously been doing...I would rather support small businesses but I'm telling everyone don't support this one!!!

This place is amazing! Family own and run. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! I will not shop at any chain pet food places anymore.

super happy with tail's up. we just moved to the city and happened to walk in when we were looking for better quality food for our cat who has struggling with peeing but rejecting the food we got from the vet. they had tons of advice and made great recommendations (for better food and a new litter solution) and we haven't had any problems since! other than my cats eating us out of house and home because they love their new food so much!
