I LOVE this vape shop. The customer service is great, they know their stuff and have a great selection. I visit frequently and talk to Maria, she cares so much about her customers. I'm smoke free and enjoying my vape. They are also very involved in the community.
I had been using a STLTH vape for 2 months to get off of cigarettes and I didn't really know anything about vape mods or coils when I went in, but Maria got me all set up with an Aegis Legend 2 and showed me how everything works. Great selection and customer service!
All I can say is this is the best vape shop I've ever been to in my life! Such good customer service, had exactly what I needed and the shop looks so nice! If I ever come back down to Port Hope I am forsure stopping here again!
Wow this store is going to be AMAZING! I was walking down the street and noticed work being done on a new store. I asked the person doing the construction what was opening. It was actually the owner and he told me it was a Vape Shop. I told him that was amazing because we don't have one in town and there really aren't a lot of options in Northumberland County. I jokingly asked how quickly they were opening because I was almost out of eliquid. The owner went to the back room and gave me 2 bottles of his personal supply and told me to enjoy, he knew what it's like to run out lol, and said they'll be open on June 17th. Solid dude and great looking store so far. FYI, I love the barn board bar!! Can't wait to check it out
The best vape shop in the Northumberland region hands down! Dave and Maria truly care about each and every one of their customers and offer a wide selection of hardware and premium e-liquid in their stores for every level of vaper. If you're a current smoker, and vaping seems intimidating, drop by any one of their shops ... you'll be met with the best customer service and knowledge about vaping in the industry!
I've been going here for a few years now and it's been nothing but a great experience each and everytime I visit. The couple that run the shop are not only knowledgeable about the products they sell, but are genuinely great people. Any issues I've had if any are always resolved promptly and they put the effort in to ensure you leave with a smile on your face. I'd recommend the shop to first time users they take the time to answer all questions & make great recommendations depending on your needs, as well as veterans, as they have a pretty good large selection and are willing to put in special orders if you request them!
New to vaping and the customer service could not have been more helpful. Ordered around noon and had my order delivered, for free, by a lovely lady. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will certainly order again! No need to try the rest, order from the best!
The owner and staff are always very nice and ready to help with any and all needs. I've never walked into this store and been disappointed or not satisfied in any way. As long as I don't move The Ecig Flavourium will be staying my vape shop for good.
My vaporizer broke after I dropped it, I'm from out of town and looked up a local Vape Store. Absolutely excellent service, only sold me the parts I needed without any hassle. Will definitely recommend and be back when needed. My go to shop in Port Hope.
Blown away by this shop! Came all the way from Ottawa to see my parents in Port Hope over the weekend and decided to stop in to check out the shop and juices. The guy working was more then helpful, told him what kind of juices I was looking for, and he pointed me in the right direction with the Extreme Black Current! Absolutely delicious! Great selection of hardware and salt nix juices as well! Would recommend to anyone in the area to stop in and check out this shop!
