Nothing to do with the service or the quality of the coffee, however I was a little annoyed when I went in, travelled out of my way to grab a coffee before hopping on the 401 to drive to work. I had intended on redeeming my star reward. Upon arrival I was told that rewards could not be redeemed at this location. A reason was given, but I didn't quite understand it. Confused, as I've been to this location quite a few times now, and have always been able to pay for my order with money on my Starbucks account. So why can I not use the same account to redeem a reward? Again. Service is great. Staff is wonderful, but this was annoying.
