Im sorry but your prices are wayyy to high. Not a customer anymore.nnEdited: I am amused by the standard reply from management at this location. Sure, call us at whatever phone number and we will address your concerns.. you don't get it. Your prices are way too high..yeah, fair enough, inflation, whatever...how would you explain for example that the exact same products you get at the competition are always half price compared to you? Examples? I am not waisting my time. Go buy 10 items at No Frills and then buy thr exact same 10 items at Save on. Compare bills...you will spend at least 50-70% extra at your store. And things on sale, at the very last minute like pork chops or chicken are not necessarily fresh. And your frozen fish boxes on sale are a joke. Face it. Overpriced

Wayy under staffed. Can't find any products and can't find any people. Lines are long. The staff that are there are great. But there are basically non. Makes the store feel cheap. Like a buy low or no frills. Maybe worse.

For starters their produce is moldy, I went to go look at their grapes but was shocked so see so much mold on them. Also, Horrible experience with staff at this location. Feria from the cashier name on the receipt has a horrible attitude towards customers, no “thank you” or anything. I payed in cash to her and I was counting them on the counter since my hands were full. Then once I finished counting she demanded that I place it into her hand no please whatsoever just stuck her hand out. Then when I was trying to quickly place the change in her hand since there were other customers behind me. I looked at her and she looked so annoyed with me. When the payment was done she just tossed my receipt to me and didn’t say anything else. Never again am I going to this location. I would rather go to the Ottawa st location near Costco. So disappointed with this location and staff

EDIT TO UPDATE: in the last week I've popped in three times and it's been a hit! Even today, where I went in knowing that being a Friday the deli would be understandably slim pickings, and the grab and goes were STACKED. The people in charge better give the staff raises and all the resources because it's made my day twice this week alone. Today especially.nn***nnHad been loving stopping in to grab food until the last two weeks; Now only ever has the overpriced sandwiches in the deli grab and go. Three times in a row made a point of coming by before going to work to get food for my shift and walked out with nothing because theres nothing actually worth it

A great little store, they have a bakery, hot food deli, cold food deli, meat dept, pharmacy and floral department. Also is store they rent rug cleaning machines, have a water bottle filling station, you can buy bagged ice and also return your empty pop cans. Usually in summer they have some assortment of plants outside and bins of watermelon. In the fall you can find pumpkins and by Christmas they have trees although usually the trees are overpriced in my opinion. Parking is easy in a level lot would good access. Near the back they also have a public washroom for customers.
