No buffet anymore during the week, but the lady there made it totally worth it: she advised us on what to order to make it cheaper 3 dinners vs/ 4 individual meals which was more than we could eat and even offered an extra spring roll since we were 4. Lovely lady. Food was excellent and very affordable.
We had a great time here. The dude was excellent and the staff were fun and helpful. Dune table cloths works have been nice to make the place look less like a fat food restaurant but all in all a great place.
I tried their dinner buffet last night and it was very mediocre. I'd give it 3/5 stars. The food was a little bit bland and the selection was fairly run of the mill. However, the food I have ordered off their regular menu for takeout has been much, much better. I'd give it 4.25/5 stars. My recommendation is to skip the buffet and try ordering from the regular menu instead.
Pretty decent food but not as good as it used To be. no crunchy green beans. And it's really quite expensive. For what you get 4 quality of food. The staff were a little stand offish and it seemed cold and uninviting. This used to be our favorite place to go for family dinners.Food: 4/5
For the $17.94 I payed for this buffet at lunchtime I expected a lot better quality of food and better selection. This venue offers a bleak interior decor reminiscent of the 80's punctuated with the massive aquarium at the front entrance. Most of the foods tasted the same with a a prominent spice dominating all the selections. The Won Ton soup was watery and bland. One good tasty item were the egg rolls, fresh', crispy and certainly delicious. All drinks and deserts were included and the selection is good.
The food was excellent and we had such lovely service they were so patient with our cranky child and were very generous with the fortune cookies
Great Chinese buffet all kinds of meat and veggies. Fish, shrimp and shellfish as well. Two soups, fried rice and noodles. I liked the Jasmine tea staying hot in the coffee urn. Good service at our table. Lots of food to choose from. Brownies, Rice Crispie squares, Mango and other jellies for dessert, and pineapple chunks. Great value.
It was a pretty nice experience. I went there with my friends and the staff were amazing and treated us very well. The food was delicious and I just pay 22 dollars ”per person” I think It was not expensive compared to what we get. The only thing to improve is that they need AC during the summer in their restaurant because it was hot. I absolutely recommend it to ya to try it with your friends and families.
My parents bring our family here. It's our favourite buffet in Victoria. It's best to call ahead to reserve a table. I ate two big plates, wonton soup, coffee and pop. I'll go back again, for sure.
Was not told that pop was extra till they had brought over cans and opened them. Nice smaller selection tasty but at least on our night we felt the msg to be very high. Friendly staff very attentive but at over 100.00 for a family of 4 can't say I will be a regular.Food: 5/5
