Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

I thought this chain specialized in rotisserie chicken.. but it wasn't tasty. I didn't care for the spice in the gravy. Fries had no salt whatsoever. Will not return. Costco makes a better rotisserie chicken! Looked like kids pizza was made from frozen. Not impressed.

Great service , food comes incredibly fast , and atmosphere is good. 1 and only thing that would make it better is a few tvs with sports or something

The food was ok, but the service was awful. First, I ordered a glass of milk and I got a glass of orange juice. When my order came, instead of fryes I got rice. But the worse thing was when the server brought skittles to my kids as dessert but I never ordered them. Need to listen better and care more about the costumers.

The worst. They don't understand simple orders. They are rushing people so it feels like you must rush to get out of there.

I see most people have the same issues here. I ordered through doordash. It took the restaurant 45 minutes to "prepare" the food. The driver got here fast. Food was cold. Everytime I get food from here its cold. There was a crappy swiss chalet on 97 st. They closed because of poor food/service. Either way you will not get my business again. I am from PQ I know the original swiss chalets. This food can not compare. You all should not be proud of your 2.5 reviews. I also noticed not one response from owners here. So they really do not give a ×&*€ about the customer. Do not recommend.
