Little Caesars

Called to place a pick up order. After 5 min of repeating my order, to have assurance it was correct, I just hung up the phone. Their customer service was absolutely terrible as it was almost as if I was conducting a telephone interview. How confusing can toppings be???

On top of rude lazy service, 2 hrs after I ate here, I was puking my guts out and had diarrhea for 10 hours after I puked... I've never puked so much in my life... I am pretty sure they don't wash their hands after they use the bathroom here. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET REALLY ILL!

Small location. Good quality pizza. Best price out there. And pizzas ready when you walk in. Only problem is parking is a nightmare.

This is the absolute worst Little Caesar's in the city. The last 3 times I've ordered from this store, I've ordered extra cheese and asked for it to be cooked well done, as their pizza tends to be half cooked more often than not. Not really a fan of half melted cheese on raw dough. I should probably mention that I'm a chef of 16 years, who has worked in some of the busiest and most demanding restaurants in Edmonton. A simple request for some extra cheese and to be cooked well done is not an absurd request when you've cooked for thousands of people in a night, MANY of which want some sort of modification to their meal. Anyway, the last 2 times, when I've gone to pick the pizza up, I've checked in-store and lo and behold, it's half cooked and there's definitely no extra cheese. Which is semi annoying in itself, but when I've asked if they can put it back in the oven again, the reaction I get is like I just asked them to loan me $100 000. I actually have to argue with them to do the job they're being paid to do, and naturally they get pissy. I suck up the fact that I'm paying for extra cheese and not getting it. I mean, it is really tough work to grab another little handful of cheese and throw it on when they're making it. I get that. Someone could break a nail or something. Tonight, however, I ordered the same. Extra cheese, well done. Clarified both twice on the phone. Pick it up, and what do you know, half the pizza has no cheese at all and it's pretty much raw. Unfortunately, Oilers game is on tv so I'm in a hurry and don't check it in store. So I call over there when I get home to let them know that, well, they screwed up yet again. This time, however, they ask me to come drive back over there WITH THE PIZZA so they can add the extra cheese to it and cook it well done. Are you kidding? First of all, at this point the pizza is in MY oven, finishing the job that apparently is much too difficult for them to do. Secondly, I don't live right down the street. I'm a good 15-20 minutes away. There's no way I'm driving this pizza back so they can recook it a second time. Do yourself a favour, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE MORONS!
