KFC

Ordered a 10 piece meal. Came with 5 wings. Very dissatisfied. Last time I checked a chicken has 2 wings. 2 legs. 2 back. 2 thighs.1 Kiel. I would expect maybe one extra wing. Not half the order.

I bought 18 pieces meal that come with fries . When I got home I noticed I was missing the fries . So I called the store to let them know about the mistake the did. The supervisor wouldn't believe me ( if I was gonna lie I would lie about chicken not fries ) so feeling like a piece of s.... I decided to call head office . People there were very nice they decided to give me store credit of $20.00 . 2 days later I went back to use my credit the store manager told me He's not gonna honour that and that's his decision. This situation would've been solved that moment when I called for missing fries but with poor decision from that store management they lost a customer and I'm hoping everyone that read this post would stop going too

This is the second time we order from these guys. The first time they brought us the wrong order and while they did send us the right food after we called it ended up being so late that we fed our kids other stuff while waiting and the guy asked for the wrong order back. This time it took over an hour for our food to be delivered and they brought it with a single container of dipping sauce for a bucket of popcorn chicken and chicken tenders (and not even the kind of sauce we asked for).

Spent 25 minutes at the drive through window. I was totally ignored until 10 o'clock rolled around and they came out to tell me they were closed. Disgusting!

Forgot half my order. Called manager..going to promo next time in. They did.. For the inconvenience I received 3.oo off. Not really worth returning for the inconvenience! Not satisfied and screwed up the meal that was supposed to be promoed. Lots of other KFCs around. I'll take my chances at other locations...after I get that bad taste of being screwed twice, out of my mouth....
