Subway

A decent location offering fresh food optios. The staff are very courteous, and quick on the order. The seating area is spacious and bright.

Quite strange and I figured I'd mention it. Go here as it's a block away from my place but the advertise day of the week deals, you say you want it but then at the til, they just tell you it's online.nnIt's only a matter of a couple dollars but kind of annoying lol, don't post it if it's not available.

There were two girls didn’t serve very nicely and their behaviour was very off even they didn’t have that much veggies so I took whatever they had because I was hungry secondly she was serving us and while attending Another customer that makes us late and I wouldn’t want to come back again

We live in the neighbourhood and visit this location when we do Subway, although that will no longer be the case after tonight. I don’t think we’ve had a single positive experience with customer service here but we’ve more or less dealt with it and moved on. After tonight, we will not return to this location. We ordered a sub and a salad, dressing, rice and chicken on the side. They put the dressing in the same size bowl as the salad and when we protested that, they said they ran out of the dressing containers so they had to put it in the large bowl and we’d have to pay for the cost of the bowl. Obviously that was ludicrous to us but we were given 2 options. Dressing on the salad or on the side in a large salad bowl that we pay for. We argued with them about how insane that was that we’d have to pay for something else because they ran out of stock on the proper size but they stood their ground very rudely insisted it was their way or nothing. Then they came to the counter with the rice and chicken in SMALLER bowls! So literally a compromise between the salad dressing containers and the large salad container that they were making us pay for! I don’t know how they’re still in business but they won’t be getting ours anymore!

The complaint here is they have deals up on their screen, you order them and then they tell you that it's only online.
